Call time is 6:00 at the event venue. You will be performing in the Harbor Ballroom. Parking is provided. Carlos and Piatt’s name will be on the list.

6:50-7:10 Into music (while people are walking in)

7:20-7:45 dinner music

7:45-9:30 Awards begins: playing music while people walk up to get there award and when they walk off

Dinner will be provided after the event.
